Yes you get charged for more than 1 state (2010-03-10) : 2/5
I bought this version partly because of the business features but mostly because of the built in state support. I didn't see anywhere that it actually said you only get 1 state free. Needless to say after purchasing and getting started I'm now out $75 for the software and $35 for my 2nd state and trying to remember why I didn't just take all of this to an accountant in the first place!

I've used Turbo Tax now for over 15 years. I am always amazed that they can even improve the previous year product, but somehow they do. If only they could get the government to quit increasing their appetite for OUR hard earned dollars. My last two cents. :-)
TurboTax Home & Business (2010-03-10) : 5/5
This came quickly and is easy to use. It includes a lot of things you can check to make sure that you are getting all of the possible tax breaks that you qualify for. Now if only we were getting a refund instead of having to pay in! Great product.
Try before you buy. (2010-03-10) : 1/5

I have been using TurboTax since 2002 with good results. This year it would not load on my computer (Windows XP SP2). The problem is with the NET 3.5 SP1 installer as mentioned previously. I spent about four hours going thru the instructions on the TurboTax web site with no success. I did put myself on their list just in case they have a fix. DON'T Buy unless you can try it out!
No SSA-1099 (2010-03-10) : 4/5
I've used TurboTax for years; the last two the home & business. I really do like the product. The only problems I found so far are:

1) There is no SSA-1099 form. For those that use forms, or both forms and Turbo's Question & answer, it is very easy to have Social Security payments entered twice.

2) When downloading information from investment companies it is very possible to accidently include retirement account sales in schedule D.

There may be other problems, but these are what I found so far
