Bad decision to use this vendor (2010-09-03) : 1/5
I puechased this from the vendor on May 4th, 2010. The order arrived within a few days via US Mail. I chose this vendor because it was a good price, and also advertised as eligable for the free upgrade to Office Ultimate 2010. I've been fighting with Microsoft for a week to get the upgrade. However, even though the product was purchased during the correct timeframe, according to the Product Code and Product Key, this is not eligable for the upgrade.
Microsft has verified my version is not upgradable, so the vendor lied. Will contact Amazon to see what they can do, but just wanted to let others know that the vendor ripped me off with false advertising.
It should have been an easy transation. (2010-09-01) : 1/5
The seller didn't view my original order. So, needless to say, I never received by order. The seller ignored my emails. Now I'm at the end of my transaction. It seemed to be such an easy buy. Well, so it goes. It is now being handled by the appropriate parties.
sophisticated (2010-08-27) : 5/5
To be frank, I am enjoying the MS Office Home & Student 2007. This version is so sophisticated that I sometimes find it difficult to use. As for the Onenote, to be honest I don't known it yet properly. I found it very useful for higer eduction student.
It's about seller (2010-08-27) : 1/5
I ordered Microsoft office Home and Student 2007, but seller sent wrong item.
I sent E-Mail to seller 4 times, but there was no respond. I return back to seller, but seller is not giving money back to me yet.
I have been frustrate about it. I don't know what to do. I feel like I am talking to wall.
Excel Keeps Crashing (2010-08-25) : 1/5
I've been using Excel for years and never had a problem with it before, but with this version, Excel 2007 on a new Dell desktop and Windows 7, it is constantly crashing, as in "Excel is not responding." And I am not doing anything extremely complicated. Just simple stuff. It is so frustrating, it is basically unusable. Word 2007 looks ok and I haven't used PowerPoint 2007 yet so I won't comment on that. I have been exploring OneNote 2007 and it appears to be potentially useful.
